How do baking cookies ever be quick? You normally must find a scale, carefully measure out all the ingredients, caress the bread to ages, cut out little cookies into heart, moon and star shapes and then wait another century'til they are baked.

Possibly the most surprising thing about the cookies is they involve just 2 ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anybody can blend two ingredients.

Though in case you would like to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up with some add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That is up to you!

It sounds increasingly like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody is gont cover me should you consume them), but I must mention one more awesome thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I had had the initial I finished the rest inside one hour.

They are ideal for hiking trips or other events where you will need a quick energizing snack on the go. Nowadays I keep these as a quick snack in my backpack.

It also has to be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the regular cookie supposes. Just oats and bananas.

First I wanted to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- because I still think these will be the only really healthful snacks that have yet been made by humanity.

Take oats for example. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which consequently will help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to help keep her explanation you going for longer throughout the day.

These nutrients include manganese, great for bone creation and skin integrity in addition to magnesium -- essential for energy production to make you feel more awake

Same with peanuts -- the favourite fruit one of athletes -- not just cause they contain an adequate quantity of good carbohydrates but also for being the big players in the potassium video game.

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats work really nicely )

Optional: Healthy Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies Amy's ...

2 tsp cinnamon

1 little handful raisins

1 small number walnuts, crumbled

1 little number sesame seeds, pear

You can add pretty much whatever you like!


Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Take a bowl and mash the carrots until they're mushy

Add the cup of oats and some of the optional ingredients

Stir until all is well mixed

Place baking paper onto the tray so the cookies don't adhere. If you do not possess that make sure to wash the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you are vegetarian )

To create the cookie shape only grab a spoon and garnish an adequate sum from the mix onto the baking dish like I did in the photograph above. It's super fast and easy.
